Excursion: Law & Humanity (The Hague)

Den Haag (The Hague) is synonymous with high-profile legal entities (notably the UN’s International Court of Justice), embassies and mansions. Yet this palace-filled city is also packed with incredible art, stylish shopping, superb dining and a wealth of drinking, nightlife and entertainment venues. From Amsterdam, it’s an easy trip for you to join us for the Urban Walking Experience.

A day is all it takes to see some of the magnificent attractions of Den Haag. Choose from one of our three day-tours to explore the city by foot and discover where the city is famous for.

Tour: law & humanity

Although the rest of the Dutchies wouldn’t confess: Den Haag is the number one city of The Netherlands. It seats the Dutch government (and yes, really it is not Amsterdam) and is home to our Royal Family. The Binnenhof (the world’s oldest House of Parliament) and its surroundings are superb to walk around. Join us for this tour and we will guide you along The Netherlands’ best governmental and royal highlights.

Furthermore, this wonderful walking tour will take you to the Humanity House. Where you can see, hear and experience what it is like to have to survive a conflict or disaster and have to flee your home suddenly without knowing if you will ever return. We cannot even imagine what it must be like to lose everything we take for granted. A journey through the Humanity House makes the unimaginable imaginable. It’s as if you find yourself in the place of a refugee.
